Preparation:

Circulating air oven:

Preheat oven (circulating air: 175°C, top and bottom heat: 195°C), press opening tab and heat frozen tray on oven rack, medium shelf, for 35-40 minutes.

Microwave:

Press opening tab and heat frozen tray for 9-11 minutes at 600 W.
