Preparation:

Circulating air oven:

Preheat oven (circulating air: 170°C, top and bottom heat: 190°C), heat frozen closed tray on oven rack, medium shelf, for 30-35 minutes.

Microwave:

Press opening tab and heat frozen tray for 9-10 minutes at 600 W.
