Preparation:

Circulating air oven:

Preheat oven (circulating air: 170°C, top and bottom heat: 190°C), heat frozen tray (without lid) on oven rack, medium shelf, for 35-40 minutes.

Microwave:

Press opening tab and heat frozen tray at 600 W for 8-9 minutes.
