Preparation:

Circulating air oven:

Preheat oven (circulating air: 175°C, top and bottom heat: 195°C), heat frozen tray (withoud lid) on oven rack, medium shelf, for about 35 minutes.

Microwave:

Press opening tab and heat frozen tray for 9-10 minutes at 600 W.

Spinach 35%, mashed potatoes (water, potatoes, vegetable fat, whole milk powder, vegetable oil, table salt, cream powder, iodized salt, emulsifier: mono and diglyceride of fatty acide; spices, stabilizer: diphosphate, flavouring, acidifier: citric acid), fried fish 18% (pollak filet, wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, starch, cornmeal, salt, mustard seets, skimmed milk powder, spices, dextrose, baking agent: sodium carbonate, diphosphate, calcium phosphate), water, onions, vegetable oil, vegetable fat, cream, wheat flour, modified starch, iodized salt, spices, sugar, yeast extract, seasoning, table salt, dextrose, flavouring (wheat), emulsifier: mono and diglyceride of fatty acide; acidifier: citric acid; carrots, leek.
